IT IS AGREED BY THE PARTIES HERETO THAT THESE VEHICLES ARE BEING OFFERED SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
INFORMATION: All bids submitted are confidential and become property of the Seller. Please contact Steve Slocumb at 478-957-4283 with any questions.
INSPECTION: The trucks will be available for inspection on Tuesday, November 12, 2019 from 12:00 P.M. until 5:00 P.M. at Synovus Bank located at 521 Airport Center Drive, Jacksonville, FL 32218.
BID & CLOSING DEADLINE: All bids must be received by 12:00 Noon (EST) Wednesday, November 13, 2019.
NOTIFICATION OF SEALED BID RESULTS: All bidders will be notified of the status of their bid no later than Wednesday, November 13th by 5:00 P.M. (EST).
TERMS OF PAYMENT: The successful bidder will pay the full purchase price via cashiers check or wire transfer by Thursday, November 14, 2019 at 1:00 P.M.
TITLES: Titles for the “FORD PACKAGE” will be issued NO LATER than Friday, December 6, 2019 by 5:00 P.M. Titles for the “NISSIAN PACKAGE” will be issued NO LATER than Tuesday, December 31, 2019. If titles are not delivered before this timeframe, a full refund will be issued to the buyer.
REMOVAL: The vehicles will be located at Synovus Bank at 521 Airport Center Drive, Jacksonville, FL 32218. Once the buyer receives titles, the keys will be issued for the trucks.
REPRESENTATION: This sale is subject to Seller confirmation. The Seller has the right to accept, reject or counter any offer. Seller also reserves the right to accept the offer which they deem most advantageous.
