The auction will be held Saturday, August 17, 2024 @ 10:30 A.M. at the Marriott Macon City Center at 240 Coliseum Drive, Macon, GA  31217.

The items will be available for inspection Friday, August 16th from 10:00 until 5:00 P.M. at the sale site.

REGISTRATION: A valid driver’s license is required to register to bid.  

BUYERS PREMIUM: There will be a 10% buyer’s premium fee added to the high bid amount on each item. (Example: If the purchaser bids $2,000, then we charge 10% ($200) for a final purchase price of  $2,200.00

SALES TAX:  Items purchased are subject to all state and local taxes unless appropriate tax-exempt forms are filled out.

TERMS OF SALE:  Payment in full the day of the auction via cash, cashier’s check, or credit card.   A 3% convenience fee will be added to all credit card transactions.  Business or Persoanl Checks will be accepted with prior approval. If you have a FFL or valid Georgia concealed weapon permit you will receive your weapons upon payment.

 If you do not have a FFL or concealed permit you will be required to take you paid invoice to Money Mizer Pawn & Jewelry located at 2540 Riverside Drive, Macon, GA  31204 to receive your gun(s).  There will be a $25 trasfer/background check fee payable to Money Mizer.   

Ammo will be available for pickup at Hudson & Marshall.

OPEN HOUSE:      The items will be available for inspection Friday, August 16th from 10:00 until 5:00 P.M. at the sale site.

SAFE REMOVAL:   Safes can only be removed by bonded companies/individuals and will be an expense to the buyer.  We have quotes available, please call Ben Hudson III at 404-307-2261 for details.
