All the equipment is located at 1740 Highway 32 East, Sycamore, Georgia (I-75 Exit 78). INSPECTION: The equipment can be viewed at 1740 Highway 32 East, Sycamore, GA (I-75 Exit 78) on January 29TH from 11:00 - 4:00 P.M.
ONLINE BIDDING INSTRUCTIONS: The H&M Online Auction begins Wednesay, January 29, 2025 at 9:00 A.M. (EST) and begins closing Thursday, January 30, 2025 at 2:00 P.M. (EST). The window for the auction will extend for one (1) minute as long as there is active bidding. If there are no bids within 1 minute, the auction will end. Bidders who cannot be available at that time can set a maximum bid on each item. The system will bid on your behalf as much as necessary to maintain your position as high bidder, up to your maximum bid amount. Bidders must have a MyH&M account to bid. TERMS OF SALE: We accept Cash, Wire Transfer, Cashier’s Check or Personal/Business check. We will accept credit or debit cards with a 3% fee.
ABSOLUTE ITEMS: All absolute items must be paid in full by 5:00 P.M. on Friday, January, 31, 2025.
RESERVE ITEMS: The high bidder on the reserve items will be notified by Monday, February 3, 2025 @ 5:00 P.M.
The buyer(s) of the two reserve pieces of equipment shall enter into a contract requiring removal of this equipment be handled by a licensed/bonded/insured company. Seller, Hudson & Marshall and the property owner will be listed and held harmless.
BUYERS PREMIUM: All equipment sold at this auction will be sold with a 10% buyer’s premium fee. (Example: If the purchaser bids $100,000, then we charge 10% ($10,000) for a final purchase price of $110,000.
SALES TAX: Applicable sales tax will be collected from all buyers unless proper tax exempt forms are presented.
INSPECTION: The equipment can be viewed at 1740 Highway 32 East, Sycamore, GA (I-75 Exit 78) Wednesday, January 29th from 11:00 - 4:00 P.M.
LOAD-OUT: The load-out for the equipment is as follows:
- Rolling Stock including Grinder, Chipper, Log Loader and Misc. items by February 7, 2025
- Truck Scales by February 28, 2025
- Boiler and Kiln System by March 31, 2025 with a possible 30 day extension.

TECHNICAL ISSUES: Neither the company providing the software nor the auction company shall be held responsible for a missed bid or the failure of the software to function properly for any reason. In the unfortunate event of a DDOS attack or server attack/shut down, the auction company reserves the right, but is not required, to change the bid closing deadline.
