SALE SITE: The Sale will take place Saturday, March 26th @ 10:30 a.m. at 523 Montpelier Aveune, Forsyth, Georgia.
TERMS OF SALE EQUIPMENT: All equipment will be sold at ABSOLUTE auction, with no minimum bid requirements or Seller reserves. Picture ID required to register to bid. All items purchased at the auction must be paid for in full on auction day. We accept Cash, Cashier’s Check, or Certified Bank Check. Personal or Company Checks will be accepted but must be accompanied by a bank letter guaranteeing payment of check. Credit Cards will be accepted with a 3% serrvice fee.
BUYERS PREMIUM: All equipment sold at this auction will be sold with a 10% buyer’s premium fee. The bid amount plus the buyer’s premium equals the final purchase price. For example: A $10,000.00 bid plus the $1,000.00 buyer’s premium fee equals the final purchase price of $11,000.00.
SALES TAX: Applicable sales tax will be collected from all buyers unless proper tax exempt forms are presented at registration. No exceptions!
INSPECTION: There will be an Open House on Thursday, March 24th & Friday, March 25th from 10:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. Call Sam Marshall at 478-719-3445 for more information.
LOAD-OUT: Removal of equipment will begin at the conclusion of the auction until 5:00 P.M. Load-out will resume at 9:00 A.M. Monday, March 28th and ALL items must be removed by 5:00 P.M. that day. There will be NO load out on SUNDAY, March 27th.
